⑤施工环境温度高，涂装距离（喷涂）大，稀释剂挥发快，致使地坪漆漆膜未流平，就使漆膜出现起皱橘皮现象。为了加快涂膜干燥，催干剂加入量太大，也会造成环氧地坪漆涂膜起皱。在高温下避免施工，或加强通风，降低施工环境温度，调整喷漆距离，适当加入慢干溶剂，减少催干剂用量，是避免和克服地坪漆涂膜起皱的方法。

⑥底漆表干未完全干硬，或固化剂含量不足，地坪漆漆膜交联不充分就涂装面漆或多涂，即发生起皱咬底现象。使用聚合物含量高的硝基漆或水性漆作底漆，由于PVC含量低，也造成复涂面漆咬底。如面漆使用大量慢干的酮类等强溶剂，也容易使环氧地坪漆产生咬底现象。

⑦要防止咬底，基料与固化剂的混合比例要严格控制，保证环氧地坪漆涂膜充分交联。复漆时间也要严格控制，要使底漆交联干固后，才复涂面漆。要适当提高底漆中的颜料体积比，并选用片状填料加强底漆的密实性，防止面漆溶剂过度渗透使地坪漆涂膜溶胀而产生咬底。
