Ground construction requirements
1、塑胶地面施工时，室内相对湿度不大于80%。
1. When plastic floor is constructed, indoor relative humidity is not more than 80%.
2、塑胶地面的施工顺序为：基层处理→弹线→割块→铺贴→表面清理

3、在水泥类基层上铺贴塑胶地板时，其基层表面应平整、坚硬、干燥、无油脂及其它杂质（含砂粒），含水率水大于9%。如表面有麻面起砂、裂缝现像时，宜采用乳液腻子等修补平整，每次涂刷厚度不大于0.8mm,干燥后用0号铁砂布打磨，再涂刷第二遍腻子，直到表面平整后，再用水稀释的乳液涂刷一遍，以增加基层的整体性和粘贴力，基层表面用2米的直尺检查时允许空隙不大于2mm。
3. When placing plastic floor on cement base, the base surface should be flat, hard, dry, free of grease and other impurities (including sand), and the water content is more than 9%. For example, when the surface is flabby, sand and cracks appear, it is advisable to use emulsion putty and other patching leveling. The thickness of each coating is not greater than 0.8mm. After drying, use 0 iron abrasive cloth to polish, and then brush second times of putty until the surface is smooth, then use the emulsion diluted with water to brush it again, so as to increase the integrity and paste force of the base layer, and use 2 of the base surface. The allowable clearance is not more than 2 mm when the meter is checked.
